Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SteerPulse platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SteerPulse is a cloud-based fleet management and work order tracking platform designed for truck repair shops and fleet maintenance operations. The Service includes work order management, invoicing, parts inventory tracking, DOT inspection management, technician portals, reporting, and related features.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Billing is processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees.

5. Trial Access

New accounts may receive trial access upon request. Contact us to set up a trial account. After the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service. SteerPulse does not claim ownership of your business data, customer records, work orders, invoices, or any other content you create within the platform.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, row-level security (RLS), and complete data isolation between accounts. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineering the platform, using the Service for illegal purposes, or interfering with the Service's operation.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Your data will be preserved for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SteerPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
